Returns and Exchanges

For products purchased from Atelier Babbi - atelierbabbi.com, customers have the right to return defective products within 14 DAYS from the invoice date. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are covered by our company. However, returns must be sent only through our contracted courier companies. Shipments sent with other couriers or cash-on-delivery will not be accepted.

Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected and, upon approval, your refund will be issued using your original payment method.

If the product is not defective, incorrect, or faulty, exchanges cannot be made.

For example:

• You made a purchase of $200 and benefited from a free shipping campaign. If you decide to return the order, the return shipping fee ($50) will be deducted, and $150 will be refunded to you.

• You made a purchase of $140, paid a $50 shipping fee, totaling $190. In case of a return, both the original shipping fee ($50) and the return shipping fee ($50) are covered by the customer. Thus, $90 will be refunded.

• For international orders, if the package is returned without being accepted by the customer, all associated costs will be borne by the customer. These costs will be deducted from the order total, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

NOTE: If the issue is caused by our company, no additional charges will be requested as part of our customer satisfaction policy.

Orders of $150 or more are eligible for FREE SHIPPING, except during special shipping campaigns.

Delivery Time

Your orders are delivered to all countries via DHL within 3–4 days. However, in exceptional cases, this period may extend to up to one week. Our primary goal is to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible.
